The Personal Banker will create and manage the customer experience for branch customers and prospects. Will manage the experience from start to finish, efficiently handling all types of service transactions and identifying sales opportunities. To demonstrate and communicate a thorough understanding of all of the Bank’s products and services, including educating and training on current technology and alternate delivery methods. Aware of and follow all security policy and procedures. The Personal Banker will engage in sales and service activities and contribute directly to the success of the branch by recognizing and uncovering opportunities.
Ability to operate an iPad and other business technology, i.e., smartphones, online banking, etc. Good interpersonal communication skills as well as superior customer service skills.
High School diploma or equivalent is required. 1 to 2 years of banking experience in same or comparable type position is strongly preferred. Previous sales experience is preferred. Previous cash handling experience is required.
