Chief Executive Officer
Robert Barnes currently serves as the President and CEO of PriorityOne Bank, headquartered in Magee, MS. His journey with the bank began in 1983 when he joined as a teller while attending the University of Southern Mississippi.
John Mark Williams
Chief Operation Officer
John Mark Williams is a 1983 graduate of Delta State University with a degree in accounting. He began his banking career in 1989 and joined PriorityOne Bank in 2013.
Barry Winford
Chief Credit Officer
Barry Winford serves as Chief Credit Officer of PriorityOne Bank. With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has worked as both a commercial lender and chief credit officer. He joined PriorityOne Bank in 2018.
Adam Carlson
Chief Financial Officer
Adam Carlson, a Gulfport, MS native now residing in Hattiesburg, MS, holds an undergraduate degree in banking and finance and an MBA from Mississippi State University. A licensed Certified Public Accountant in Mississippi, he joined PriorityOne Bank in 2017.
Joey Kern
Chief Risk Officer
Joey Kern, originally from Hattiesburg, MS, now resides in Madison, MS. He earned an undergraduate degree in marketing and an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi. He began his banking career in 2008 and joined PriorityOne Bank in July 2021.
Will Herrin
Chief Lending Officer
Will Herrin joined PriorityOne Bank in 2019 and has been in banking since 2004. A Hattiesburg, MS native, he now resides in Flowood, MS with his wife and twin boys. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a minor in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish from Mississippi State University.
